What could be better than a day on the water?… add a beautiful wedding! Rain was a concern but Mother Nature was very kind this day.

There were many, many small details and personal touches throughout that added to the nautical charm.

This clear tent top opened things up and made for a beautiful reception space and as nightfall came, it was as if their party was under the stars!

Sky lanterns or Chinese lanterns were sent aloft near the reception’s end as a fitting send-off for our newlyweds.

At an intimate wedding ceremony at Elkridge Furnace Inn, our couple was elegant.

The ceremony took place outside surrounded by the soft sounds of late summer. A few quick photos were all we had time to compete before they joined their families for a very special dinner.

Lauren and Bryan at Woodholme Country Club

It was a perfect day for a wedding and Lauren looked fabulous! She was as cool as could be with all the usual hyper activity and last-minute changes. What a wonderful gown!

Our couple planned for an outside ceremony but the storm clouds rolled in and Woodholme had prepared for this eventuality with an in-doors location.

As luck would have it, thirty minutes before the appointed time, rains stopped and the skies turned blue. Our bride said, “Let’s go for the outdoors!” and the staff readied the site again.

The ceremony began during a beautiful dusk. But then… a light sprinkle began. The officiant went ever more quickly but the rain overtook him. In the matter of minutes there was a deluge, the wedding party persevered, and rings were exchanged. Our couple was both determined and undaunted!

Let the party begin. The decorations greeting the guests were stunning and in short order, our bride was dry and more than stunning.

This was a big dancing and partying crowd. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the evening and the music was fantastic!

Pam and Jimmy at Maryvale Castle

Maryvale Castle is a very unique Tudor-style stone manor nearing it’s 100th anniversary in Baltimore County’s Brooklandville. It is part of Maryvale Preparatory School and is surrounded by formal gardens, trees, and much more. Pam and Jimmy were graced with a beautiful September day for their special day!

The nuptials took place in the Chapel with most guests seated in the Great Hall.

The bride and groom were introduced as they descended the grand staircase and began their first dance.

The DJ provided “fireworks” in the form of a dazzling light show with smoke and everyone danced the night away!
